It is very likely that the screen has failed and will need replacing, but it would be worth attempting to reset the system as follows: Ensure you have the radio code if applicable. Make sure everything is switched off, turn the ignition off and wait for four minutes before disconnecting the battery by removing both terminals, remove the earth
If its the central display there are three bulbs in there, I think of the top of my head they are 0.4 watts. You can replace the bulb with its holder or just the bulb. Pull the cover up and towards you then remove two torx screws holding the display in. Turn the display round and you will see the bulb holders they just need a 1/4 turn to remove

Now it seems the SIM is no longer fitted and therefore you have tether mobile data from your mobile phone via Bluetooth to allow the Sat Nav to list live updates. It sounds complicated, but as long as your phone has Bluetooth switched on and mobile data too, you should see the TMC logo on the bottom right of your Sat Nav display change to Tom Tom.
Sometimes as smart phone software (IOS / Android) is updated far more frequently than the Head Unit firmware in your vehicle, there can be changes and updates to the Bluetooth profiles. My display screen for radio etc has turned orange and doesn't display anything it's just orange all the time but the radio still works and my Bluetooth for phone still work, but even when the keys are out the ignition the screen is still bright orange. Any help on this would be great thanks. Disconnecting the battery should fix it,same thing
The manual says that this indicates "major faults" with the advice "Consult alert log in the display or screen: refer to the "Audio equipment - Trip Computer " section of chapter 9. Contact a CITROEN dealer or a qualified workshop. I have looked at the fault log under diagnostics in thr trip computer and it simply says "no fault.
To do this, locate the reset button on the radio. It is usually located on the side or back of the unit. Press the button and hold it for a few seconds. This should reset the radio and allow it to function correctly. If the radio still does not work after resetting it, you may need to replace the unit.
